You may ruin someones life out of nowhere. You may ruin someones motivation just because of your inadequate knowledge. 4 out of 4 doesn’t indicate you have vast knowledge, you can be a person who can recite any text book word by word & still can't make sure the theme of the topics. 

I see many faculty members in my own campus, they're just doing the job but they are not perfect teacher. Students feel frustrated by doing their courses, feel demotivated. They can't be sure why the teacher is doing such kind of behaviour out of nothing.

Delivering wrong concept, wrong lecture, inadequate example, strict marking, wrong way of evaluation, wrong teaching method, insufficient knowledge these are somethings that a teacher must not have. Just one of these things can just kill one persons entire life's dream. An entire motivation can be vanished just by your wrong evaluation technics. Judging a student quickly is another common feature of nowadays teachers. I don’t know why but teachers (some teachers) think they know everything about human psychology & thus they judge someone too quickly, too easily. Be compassionate towards others. 

If you're a toxic person please don't be a teacher. You can lead any student to suicide attempts & trust me this is true. Just your toxic behaviour, your toxic words, toxic personality can ruin someones life. Be very careful. 

I remember one thing, there are a saying that The position of Teachers are just in the next to the Parents. Be someone truly like that.

 If you can't just because of your vast greediness of respect, social status and so on Don't Become A TEACHER. WE DON’T NEED YOU.
